The price list is primarily for labor. Materials and permit costs are itemized and approved before purchase.
Is there a minimum service charge?+
The standard service call starts at $125. If additional work is approved, the estimate will clearly show how the service call is applied.
How does payment work?+
Small jobs are due after completion and testing. Larger projects use a written scope with agreed milestones and payment schedule.
